Learn or teach the basics of scheduling theory by creating and displaying projects of the dedicated utility. It features multiple templates for scenarios demonstrating the basic premises and possible applications of the theory in a variety of situations with different input data.
LEKIN is a scheduling system developed at the Stern School of Business, NYU. Major parts of the system were designed and coded by Columbia University students. LEKIN was created as an educational tool with the main purpose of introducing the students to scheduling theory and its applications. Besides that, the system’s extensibility allows (and encourages) to use it in algorithm development.
